On August 20, 2021, the Costa Rican Technical Standards Institute (INTECO) submits the list of draft standards for public consultation including PN INTE E14-1: 2021.

PN INTE E14-1: 2021 Energy efficiency. Air conditioners. Part 1: Energy efficiency requirements and limits for air conditioners rated up to 19,050 W (65,000 BTU / hr).

Public consultation starts on 2021-08-20 and it will ends on 2021-10-19.
