On August 20, 2021, the Costa Rican Technical Standards Institute (INTECO) submits the list of draft standards for public consultation including PN INTE E14-3: 2021.

PN INTE E14-3: 2021 Energy efficiency. Air conditioners. Part 3: Test method for determining energy efficiency in split type, direct discharge and ductless air conditioners.

Public consultation starts on 2021-08-20 and it will ends on 2021-10-19.
